Disclaimer

Maagic Systems provides AI employees, automations, and operational systems intended to support business workflows. These systems are tools and services, not substitutes for the client’s judgment, governance, supervision, or compliance obligations.

1. Client remains fully responsible

The client remains fully responsible for business decisions, approvals, customer communication, legal compliance, employment decisions, regulatory obligations, marketing claims, financial decisions, and all use of outputs generated or supported by the service.

2. Outputs may be wrong

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or unsuitable for a particular context. The client is responsible for verifying outputs before use, especially where legal, financial, operational, customer-facing, or compliance-sensitive consequences may arise.

3. No guarantee of business result

Maagic Systems does not guarantee revenue, conversion, ranking, profit, cost savings, legal compliance, uptime of third-party providers, or any particular business result. Performance depends on many factors outside the control of Maagic Systems, including client inputs, workflows, connected tools, market conditions, and third-party services.

4. No professional services substitute

Nothing provided through the service should be treated as legal, tax, regulatory, accounting, investment, fiduciary, employment, or other licensed professional advice unless separately provided under a qualified professional engagement.

5. Token and usage disclaimer

Usage-based consumption, including token usage, model costs, API calls, compute usage, and other metered service charges, may continue as the system operates. The client is responsible for monitoring and approving the business use of such consumption. Consumed usage is not refundable.

6. Setup fee disclaimer

Setup, implementation, architecture, and onboarding fees reflect custom work performed for the client. Once work begins, those fees are non-refundable except where mandatory non-waivable law requires otherwise.

7. Final responsibility statement

Maagic Systems may build, host, improve, and support the AI system, but the owner and operators of the client business remain responsible for the business itself, the decisions made within it, and the consequences of those decisions.
